Job Position:
Graphic Designer

Working from Home 5 days a week
Tuesday - Saturday
5am PH - 2pm PH


OTMM is a fast growing internet conversion strategy, web designing, design and programming company. We are looking for someone to be a part of our design team that will
assist us in becoming a strong creative company.

OTMM currently holds team meetings weekly which is mandatory and imposed by management. This gives the chance for anyone to meet everybody, share their thoughts about the company and discuss current and ongoing projects, all issues and pending tasks.

A graphic designer's job will involve managing more than one design brief at a time and allocating the relevant amount of time according to the value of the job.


Direct Reporting to:
Senior Project Coordinator


Responsibilities:
Generate Designs for Ads, Banners,
Create Landing Pages
Website Page Design from a Scope of Work
Generate New Ideas for design
Design around purchased Templates
Contributing ideas and design artwork to the overall brief
Keeping abreast of emerging technologies in new media, particularly design programs such as InDesign, QuarkXPress, FreeHand, Illustrator, Photoshop, 3ds Max, Acrobat, Director, Dreamweaver and Flash
Developing interactive design
Exploring New Design Ideas and Concepts
estimating the time required completing the work
proofreading to produce accurate and high-quality work
working as part of a team with printers, copywriters, photographers, stylists, illustrators, other designers, account executives, web developers and marketing specialists




Qualifications:
Photoshop
UI and UX
Must have an understanding of Internet Marketing
Communication Skills
Must be able to handle learning and growing with a team
