Role, Responsibilities, Results & Requirements:

We are an E-Commerce dropshipping company operating in multiple countries in Western Europe. The majority of our business is in the beauty/health niche, and we are currently seeking a new Customer Service Talent.

Role:

As a Native Dutch Speaking Customer Service Rep, your responsibility is to handle emails and complaints from customers. You will be the point of contact for all customers and strive to convert every problem into a commercial solution.

Responsibilities:

Every day, from Monday to Friday, you will review emails and respond according to the provided guidelines and the training that will be provided to you.

It is your responsibility to resolve all issues, maintain contact with the supplier, be able to act independently, and keep a cool head in every situation to improve the customer experience in our webshop.

Result:

You will receive various templates to respond to all emails. You will also receive clear training to handle all emails so that you know how to respond in every situation.

You will be required to handle 20-40 emails daily.

Requirements:

For this position, you will need:

Strong Dutch writing and reading skills.
Experience in Sales & Problem Handling.
A stable internet connection.
Experience in customer service is a plus.
Availability of 4-5 hours per week to perform the work.
