About Us:
We are a family-owned business operating in two sectors: roofing, water damage, and mold remediation, and pest control. We are looking for motivated and results-driven Sales Representatives to join our team. The ideal candidates will be responsible for making outbound cold calls and returning inbound warm leads to drive sales for both businesses.
Key Responsibilities:
Outbound Cold Calls: Conduct outbound cold calls to potential customers to introduce our services and generate new business opportunities.
Inbound Warm Leads: Respond to inbound warm leads promptly, addressing inquiries and converting them into sales.
Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and providing appropriate solutions.
Sales Targets: Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.
Follow-up: Follow up with prospects and customers to ensure satisfaction and address any issues or concerns.
Sales Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities and report on sales performance regularly.
Qualifications:
Experience: Previous experience in a sales role, particularly in outbound cold calling and handling inbound leads.
Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.
Self-Motivated: Highly self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote setting.
Tech-Savvy: Proficient in using CRM systems and other sales tools.
Time Management: Strong organizational and time management skills.
Adaptability: Ability to adapt to different customer personalities and handle objections effectively.
Preferred Qualifications:
Industry Knowledge: Experience in the roofing, water damage, mold remediation, or pest control industries.
Education: A bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
