Are you a customer service enthusiast with exceptional communication skills? Yelprat Digital is seeking a dedicated Customer Representative to join our team and provide outstanding service to our valued clients.

Responsibilities:
• Answer inbound and outbound messages promptly and professionally.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
• Maintain accurate records of customer information, service requests, and job details.
• Assist with billing and processing payments.
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction with services provided.
• Act as a liaison between customers and our team to facilitate smooth communication and resolve issues promptly.

Requirements:
• Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Previous experience in customer service or a similar role is preferred.
• STRONG organizational and multitasking abilities are a must.
• Basic knowledge of ads manager (ability to check leads, turn on and off ads, etc.) is mandatory.
• Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote team environment.
• Familiarity with communication tools such as Trello, WhatsApp, Zoom, Slack, and more.
