Operations & Analytics VA - Full Time & Long Term - Luxury Jewelry Brand

We are a luxury e-commerce brand selling fine jewelry. We are looking to hire a detail-oriented operations & analytics VA to join our team.

Tasks include:
- Assisting in organising data for data visualisation & reporting
- Creating sales reports
- Chasing suppliers and weekly reporting on their performance
- Coming up with new ideas for analyses and reports
- Booking inspections

You may be a good fit if you have the following qualities:
- High attention to detail
- Organised
- Can learn new tech tools with ease
- Comfortable with numbers
- Intermediate to advanced in Excel/PowerBI/Google Sheets

This role would start as a part-time role (3-4 hours a day) with a goal to ramp up to full time (40 hours/week) within a few weeks once we are all confident in the onboarding.
