• Graduate of any related business course
• Analyzes all relevant information at point of sale which include primary & secondary sales, offtake, Sell-in/sell-out, shopper profile, stock weights, stock shelf life.
• Determines and provides recommendations on category of products, and appropriate merchandise mix, pricing, and shelf presentations
• Develops merchandising strategies for categories tailor fit for relevant channels
• Addresses concerns and mitigate risks that will prevent timely implementation of programs and achievement of sales targets
• Works with the Sales to improve display, offtake and SKU optimization
• Aligns with both Field Sales and Marketing to coordinate plans
• Checks Trade Marketing activities of competitors
• Provides regular feedback to Marketing
• Plans advertisements and collaterals for retailers and merchandisers including events and roadshows
