Project Manager and CRM Specialist

Work Hours: 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM Israel Time (3:00 PM - 11:00 PM Philippines Time)

Responsibilities:

Inkery NYC:

Manage projects related to swag and merchandise customization
Handle invoicing and follow up with leads and orders
Send tracking notifications and communicate with vendors
Create presentations for swag products
Emes Travel:

Organize invoices and manage accounts receivable
Perform various tasks using the CRM system
Conduct CRM demos for Yaalago
Follow up with existing Yaalago customers to upsell
Create instructional videos and teach customers how to use the travel CRM
Requirements:

Perfect English (essential and required)
Strong organizational and communication skills
Ability to work remotely
Experience in project management and CRM systems is a plus
