Job Description:

As a Real Estate Cold Caller at Pro Acquisitions LLC, you will be responsible for contacting a list of motivated sellers with the goal of identifying potential investment opportunities. Your primary duties will include:

1. Making outbound calls to motivated sellers for a minimum of 6 hours per day, 5 days a week.
2. Effectively communicating with sellers to determine their level of motivation and interest in selling their property.
3. Identifying and categorizing leads as hot, warm, or cold based on their level of interest and urgency.
4. Uploading leads and relevant information into our CRM system accurately and in a timely manner.
5. Collaborating with the team to strategize and prioritize leads for follow-up.
6. Meeting weekly to discuss progress, share insights, and refine strategies for maximizing lead conversion.

Qualifications:

1. Proficiency in English with excellent verbal communication skills.
2. Proven experience in cold calling, preferably in the real estate industry.
3. Strong understanding of the differences between hot, warm, and cold leads.
4. Ability to effectively manage time and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
5. Experience with CRM systems and ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technologies.
6. Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and a passion for real estate investment.
7. Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
