We are looking for 2 motivated Lead Generation Specialists to join our team for commercial and residential. The ideal candidate will have experience in generating leads within the real estate industry and be proficient in using tools such as UPLEAD, ZILLOW, and ---------- . In addition to leveraging these tools, you will be responsible for contacting real estate professionals, accountants, and investors to create quality leads that contribute to the success of our company.

Key Responsibilities:
Utilize UPLEAD, ZILLOW, ---------- , and other relevant tools to generate leads.
Build industry marketing lists and obtain emails through various platforms.
Contact real estate professionals, accountants, and investors to generate leads.
Reach out to listings on Zillow and ---------- to offer our services for quick home sales.
Conduct outbound calls to prospective leads.

Key Requirements:
Proven experience as a Lead Generation Specialist or similar role, preferably in the real estate industry.
Proficiency in using lead generation tools such as UPLEAD, ZILLOW, and ---------- .
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Comfortable making outbound calls.

GOALS:
Generate a minimum of 10 valid leads per week.
