Product / E-commerce Manager (Back-end) for Online Men's Fashion Store

We are an online men's fashion store catering to markets in the Netherlands, Germany, and Belgium. Our company is seeking a talented and motivated Product / E-Commerce Manager to join our team. This role is crucial to the success of our business and offers an exciting opportunity for someone driven to grow within a dynamic e-commerce environment.

Responsibilities:

1. Adding products to the Shopify back-end.
2. Downloading and editing photos using Photoshop and Lightroom Classic.
3. Creating product descriptions that are engaging and informative.
4. Optimizing Marketplace listings to improve visibility and sales.
5. Organizing financial data in spreadsheets.
6. Checking deliveries against invoices and logging received shipments.
7. Providing customer service through various channels.
8. Performing website-related tasks, such as updating content and handling technical issues.
9. Implementing website translations to provide a multilingual experience.
10. Other VA tasks.
11. Working with Klaviyo.

Requirements:

1. Must have a good workspace with a comfortable chair, large screen or multiple screens, and a stable internet connection of at least 150 Mbps.
2. Demonstrable experience with the above tasks, preferably in an e-commerce environment.
3. Proven ability to work productively, both independently and as part of a team.
4. Availability for the long term and willingness to commit to the growth of the company.
