2d/3d Animator and Graphic Designer

We are looking for a 2d/3d animator that can design some web banner ads that are approximately 10-15 seconds in length. This is for a cryptocurrency project. There are bonus points for anyone with any web dev experience as well. We are looking for excellent designers and animators who are consistent and on time.
