SEO Topic Ideation + Administrative VA

We are looking to hire a VA who is well-versed in coming up with unique topics for our various projects (blogs) and organizing much of the administrative work that comes along with it. We need someone who is very skilled at coming up with topics that make sense for the purpose of the website we are writing about. These need to be research backed based on KW research but also how our actual products work. We don't need someone to paste a list of ahrefs keywords and say "write about these"

SEO tasks:
- SEO ideation/topic suggestion (all research + creativity based). You need to understand the topics we're trying to produce and why. You can't be a robot, you have to be creative in your research. The topics will be related to 3 different companies: a legal personal injury law firm, an AI/tech blog, a generative AI writing platform, and a remote job board website for Filipinos. Very different industries, you need to be good at unique research to ideate topics for each!
- Fluent with using Ahrefs, Google Analytics and Google Search Console
- In-depth SEO knowledge
- Skilled at competitor research and analysis
- Mention apple at the bottom so we know you've read this
- Experience with social media management (posting)
- Experience with Link building and outreach is a plus (not required)

VA tasks:
- General VA responsibilities (admin, content and website management etc)
- Uploading all articles to WordPress
- Organize all Doc files (articles) in their respective folders after they've been uploaded/scheduled
- Manage topics and priority queue on Asana
