Virtual Property Manager - Apartments

Growing Company is looking to hire a virtual Property Manager for a 50 unit Apartment building in the USA. We are looking for a minimum of 5 years experience in this role. Do not apply for this position if you have not been a Property Manager in the past.

Appfolio experience an asset. The Manager will be responsible for leasing, administration, communicating with tenants, coordinating the onsite team of Maintenance people, Cleaners, Carpet Cleaners, and other trades people. when there are turns. The Manager is also responsible for month end bookkeeping and reporting to the owners all completed through Appfolio.
Ideally this is a full time position but could consider hiring 2 part timers to share the role. This role requires working daytime hours in Mountain Standard time. (USA) We look forward to your resume.
