We coordinate cleaning jobs between our customers and our team of cleaners.

Who are we looking for?:
We are seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to join our team. We want someone who is goal-oriented, and hungry for success. This role offers an opportunity to level up your career and skillset, with a focus on continuous learning and improvement. Ideally you speak strong English, and have previous Executive Assistant / Office Manager experience.

Starting Pay:
$60 USD per week
12 Hours per week (Monday - Friday PST)
4 hours per day

Responsibilities:
- Handle social media accounts, lead follow-ups, and back-office tasks.
- Demonstrate attention to detail to ensure tasks are completed accurately.
- Managing and responding to emails along with setting up calendar invitations.
- Hiring and interviewing providers.
- Communicating with tea ---------- mbers.

Requirements:
- Prior experience as an Executive Assistant.
- Good personality and ability to work independently.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Stable internet connection and reliable laptop/PC.
