Customer Service Representative

Looking for a 40 hour worker with the following qualififcations:

- Hubspot - CRM (Customer-Relation Management System) Experience (6 Months+ MUST)
- Outlook Experience (1 Year+)
- DialPad Dialer (1 Year+ or less is okay)
- Google Docs Experience (6 Months+)
- File System on PC or MAC, i.e. Creating and Maintaining Folders with Files, Documents and Downloads that can hold approximately 1G of Private Data for USA Medical Commerce.
- Experience with Remote Work under little Supervision
- Management Experience a Plus but not required
- Facebook Business Page Management
- Facebook and Social Media Advertising Experience a Plus
- Facebook Messenger Experience, Upselling Experience (6 Months+)
- Microsoft Teams Experience



Multitasking - i.e. Multiple Windows and Data Entry While on the phone with customer (searching pricing and maintaining a conversation with the customer while on the phone inputting data.)
