JOB OVERVIEW

Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced and proactive Level 3 IT Technician to join our team. This senior position involves handling advanced technical issues, managing high-level projects, and providing guidance to junior technicians. The successful candidate will have expert knowledge of network systems, server infrastructure, and complex software environments.

Key Responsibilities:
Advanced Troubleshooting and Problem Resolution: Take the lead on complex issues that have escalated from Level 1 and 2 technicians. Utilize expert knowledge and diagnostic tools to identify, troubleshoot, and resolve intricate technical problems.
System and Network Management: Oversee the installation, maintenance, and support of client IT infrastructures, including networks, hardware, software, and other IT systems.
Project Management: Manage IT projects from inception to completion, ensuring they meet client requirements and are delivered on time and within budget. Coordinate with vendors and other external parties as necessary.
Technical Leadership and Mentorship: Provide guidance and mentorship to junior technical staff. Lead training sessions and workshops to enhance team capabilities.
Client Consultation: Serve as a technical consultant to clients, advising on IT strategies, security improvements, and technology solutions that align with their business goals.
Documentation and Compliance: Ensure comprehensive documentation of processes, system configurations, and network layouts. Maintain adherence to industry best practices and compliance regulations.
Emergency Response and Crisis Management: Lead response efforts for IT emergencies or critical issues, ensuring rapid restoration of services and systems.
