Real Estate Website Designer

We need an IDX compatible Website for a Real Estate firm in Tampa, Florida.
We want the site to have responsive design in order to be compatible with mobile platforms as well as possibly developing a compatible app. Need to be able to host and manage the website and be available to make content changes as needed. We also want the site to flow with BoomTown.

Applicant should have excellent grasp of written American English and a resume of websites.
