Do you have a brilliant success rate negotiating on both ends of real estate deals with clients in the US? Do you know how to mine gold from different resources like Zillow and county websites to find these windfall off-market deals? Do you have a lot of experience vetting them and facilitating the close? We do not stage homes for selling, we do not schedule open houses, we do not have a billboard, we do not make frivolous cold calls, we are not real estate agents, and we do not make real estate agent money. We love real estate agents but that is not this business.

Forming high value relationships in real estate investing and development, and maintaining them for the long term big picture, is what we are all about. This business is collecting high achievers only. This isn't just for one or two deals, this is building a real estate empire. We need deals stacking because, as you know, many fall through but the good ones bank roll. Here at our company this goes on back to back and we do it for the FUN of it. Our company does not train this at this time.

If your current gig is stifling your capabilities then you should strongly consider this opportunity for the amount of growth you'll be allowed. You'll be building processes and networks based off of your expertise and the flexibility to go after what you want because you know the money your deals bring to the table. You want to make real estate investor USD money - this is the company that will help you do that.

This job isn't for everyone. This is a lifestyle for those looking for a long term relationship with a company through their own autonomy and success in real estate. They will join in because they enjoy the deal flow and they excel at it, not because it's a job.

Respond only if you have the knowledge and competency to put the parts of these high level deals together. Currently this company is in the capital raising stage and is focusing heavily on wholesales. Growing the portfolio of real estate investment properties will be ongoing and cuts go to those who help set them up.
