Freelance Video Editor

Must be native or fluent English Speaker.

A growing video marketing agency based in San Antonio, TX is looking to hire a fully remote, freelance video editor to strengthen our team and provide world class video editing to our clients.

The perfect candidate for this job is an expert story-teller, crafting poignant and effective stories utilizing our source footage that we have shot.

They will have experience taking 45 minutes or more of interview footage and additional b-roll, and translating that into a compelling 2-3 minute narrative that is interesting and tells our clients stories.

In addition, you should have some basic motion graphics and graphic design experience to be able to craft graphics, title, and effects that complement the story.

You know how to manipulate the audio to get clean, crisp sound and move music in and out to drive the emotion of the story.

You know how to color balance and color grade footage to get it looking the best it can be.

You work efficiently and effectively, as we have many clients with strict deadlines and can't afford to stay on one project longer than necessary. But you can do this without sacrificing quality.

We are currently looking for freelance editors - but there will be opportunities to join the full time team.

Job Requirements (non negotiables):

Native or fluent English Speaker
Bilingual in Spanish/English
5+ years experience in video editing
Expert storyteller
Adobe Creative Suite Expertise (Premiere Pro)
Responsive, communicative, and a sense of urgency
High speed internet capable of downloading and uploading 200+GB files

Photoshop / Canva / Graphic Design Experience
Adobe After Effects Motion Graphic Expertise
Bilingual In Spanish
