McIntire Kingstone is looking to hire a full-time maintenance support staff who is interested in starting a career in the Real Estate industry.
About this Position
Your primary work will involve working directly with and assisting in the maintenance department and helping complete maintenance jobs and confirm they are finished. We use Appfolio Property Management software and you would work within the program to follow up with tenants and vendors to help ensure maintenance is getting done.
Duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Following up with Vendors
Following up with Tenants
Adding notes in the system pages
Escalating work orders to management if they are not completed
Providing Reports
Tracking Hours
Managing a Schedule
Sending
Setting Up Appointments
Tracking Receipts and Invoices
Must-Have:
WITH APPFOLIO EXPERIENCE
Good Working PC/Laptop
Good grammar and punctuation
Honest
Experience in problem-solving and being a fast learner
Punctual, honest, and has a great attitude
SKILL SUMMARY:
Conscientious about timeliness of assignments and quality of work product
Organize and prioritize tasks and work with minimal supervision
Ability to adapt to new tools and software
Exceptional work ethic and goal-oriented
Proficient in Microsoft Office and Excel
Good grasp of the Appfolio system.
Solid understanding of sexual harassment and fair housing law
Flexibility to handle changing priorities and projects.
