== THE POSITION ==

As the Outbound Sales Associate for the largest and fastest-growing battery franchise in the US, you’ll play a key role in driving business growth by managing the full sales cycle — from lead generation to closing coordination.

Your responsibilities go beyond just calling prospects — you’ll be researching leads, initiating first contact, conducting discovery and qualification calls, following up consistently, and coordinating with the client to close deals.

This client is a one-stop shop for all battery, lighting, smart home, key fob, and phone repair solutions for retail and business customers alike. This is your chance to become a vital part of a high-performing team!


-> Requirements:
• MUST be able to speak in English fluently.
• Experience handling outbound sales calls and cold calling.
• Available to work full-time (40 hrs/wk).
• Can work during standard US business hours.
• Fast, stable internet connection (Minimum download speed 5 Mbps)
• Working computer/laptop (Minimum Requirement: Processor - Intel i3 or equivalent, RAM - 4GB).
• Backup power source or work location for power outages.

-> Nice to Have:
• Experience managing the full sales cycle (from prospecting to follow-up).
• Experience doing discovery calls is preferred but not required.
• Experience with using Google Workspace (formerly known as G Suite) is preferred but not required.

-> Responsibilities:
Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Conducting pre-call research to identify and understand potential leads for more effective outreach.
• Prospecting and initiating outreach through cold calls, emails, or networking.
• Conducting discovery and qualification calls to understand client needs and objections.
• Performing consistent follow-ups to re-engage prospects until they are ready to move forward.
• Coordinating with the client to advance deals to closing.
• Following up with recent customers or store walk-ins to check on their purchases.
• Offering other relevant products or services based on customer needs.
• Generating additional leads beyond those already available.
• Using public information from government websites or bids to connect with potential clients.
