Key Qualifications:
Proficient in architectural rendering, particularly with SketchUp.
Extensive knowledge of U.S. building codes and regulations.
Experience in construction management, capable of overseeing projects from inception to completion.
Able to produce detailed architectural plans that comply with legal and quality standards.
Comfortable with project management tools and able to coordinate multiple projects simultaneously.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing project needs.
Work Hours and Schedule: Mon-Fri, 8am-5pm MST/MDT

Responsibilities:
Develop and manage architectural projects, ensuring compliance with U.S. building codes.
Create detailed renderings and plans using SketchUp and other design software.
Oversee construction projects, ensuring they meet deadlines, budgets, and quality standards.
Collaborate with other teaUpgrade to see actual infombers and stakeholders to ensure project success.
Conduct virtual site visits and provide technical guidance and support to on-site teams.
Prepare and present project reports and documentation.

Additional Skills:
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in English.
Strong organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.
Must have own PC/Laptop capable of running advanced design software.
Willingness to engage in continuous learning and skill enhancement.
