Your Mission: Drive Explosive Growth In this vital role, your mission is to generate a steady stream of qualified sales appointments, fueling our company's rapid expansion. You'll be the driving force behind our success, prospecting potential clients and initiating outreach campaigns that capture their attention and pique their interest in our cutting-edge solutions.

What You'll Do:
Conduct thorough research to build targeted prospect lists aligned with our ideal customer profiles
Develop and execute multi-channel outbound campaigns (social media, email, text) to initiate conversations with potential customers
Leverage creative strategies to capture prospects' attention and pique their interest in our offerings
Qualify leads through discovery calls, identifying key pain points, and determining fit
Book sales-qualified appointments for our Account Executives to further advance the sales cycle
Consistently achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly booking targets
Collaborate closely with marketing and sales teams to refine messaging and prospecting strategies
Maintain accurate records of all activities and opportunities in our CRM system

What You'll Need:
1-3 years of experience in a Business Development Representative, Sales Development Rep, or similar role (experience in SaaS or B2B tech sales is a plus)
Proven track record of successfully prospecting, qualifying leads, and booking sales appointments
Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate value propositions clearly
Resilience and a positive attitude to handle rejection and overcome objections
Self-motivation and a hunger to exceed targets and achieve success
Proficiency with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and prospecting techniques
A team-player mindset and willingness to collaborate cross-functionally
