US Government Bidding Assistant

Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and diligent US Government Bidding Specialist to join our project management team. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying, analyzing, and managing the bidding process for US government projects relevant to our company's services. This role requires a strategic thinker with a keen understanding of government contracting and procurement processes.

Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and identify potential government projects through various portals and networks.
- Analyze RFPs (Request for Proposals), RFIs (Request for Information), and other government solicitations to determine feasibility and alignment with company capabilities.
- Prepare comprehensive bid proposals, ensuring all government requirements are met and proposals are submitted on time.
- Collaborate with project managers, technical teams, and other stakeholders to gather necessary information and documentation for bid submissions.
- Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of all aspects and requirements of each project bid, including scope, timelines, and budget constraints.
- Manage the bid submission process, ensuring compliance with all legal, regulatory, and technical requirements.
- Keep accurate records of all bids, proposals, and related documents.

Qualifications:
- Proven experience in government bidding and procurement, particularly with US government contracts.
- Strong understanding of government contracting rules and regulations, including the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR).
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and project management skills.
- Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously with high attention to detail.
