Mortgage telemarketing/lead generation, email marketing and follow up, appointment setting

I am a mortgage loan originator. I send out thousands of mail solicitations each month. About half of these "mailers" come with contact names and phone numbers. I need someone who can call the potential clients to follow up on the mail regarding mortgage refinance options. Once we have a client that is interested I will be available to have the call transferred to go into more detail. Or, we can set a time to call back.

I need someone that can manage an email contact list of past and future clients, as well as a realtor list. This job is all about talking to as many people as possible. It's the law of large numbers. This position will have a bonus for each loan you generate that closes.
