We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Virtual Assistant to join our team, specializing in a variety of tasks to support our growing business. The successful candidate will manage our social media platforms, update and develop our Shopify website, conduct product research, create social media content, design product photos, produce videos, and execute email marketing campaigns using Klaviyo.

Responsibilities:
1. Social Media Management:Manage and grow our social media presence across various platforms.
2. Website Development: Regularly update and enhance our Shopify site to improve user experience and functionality.
3. Product Research: Identify and analyze potential products that align with our brand values and market trends.
4. Content Creation: Design engaging social media content and develop marketing materials using graphic design tools.
5. Product Photo and Video Production:Create high-quality images and videos for product promotion and content marketing.
6. Email Marketing:Develop and implement email marketing campaigns using Klaviyo to increase engagement and sales.
7. Personal Assistant Task: Let us know what is your strong areas and what apps have you used in project management.

Working Hours:
-Availability from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM (USA Pacific Time).

Required Skills:
1. Proficiency in English.
2. Experience with Canva for creating digital content.
3. Ability to work independently and efficiently.
4. Creativity in designing engaging content and problem-solving.
5. Skilled in utilizing Klaviyo for email marketing.
6. Strong attention to detail.
