Graphic Design - Creating Meme's / GIF's

I want a GIF file that represents the pic to some degree and is VERY shareable on social media.  So - pretty , cool or funny!! 

Needs to be appropriately sized for Instragram, FaceBook, Twitter, all major social sites

Here is an example - however I would prefer this to be a GIF file with movement - I have included an example BUT this is not the only way this can be done - I would really like to see your own creativity to shine through on this - but must be FISH/Aquarium related.
