JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a reliable and motivated individual to join our team as an Email and Chat Support Specialist to communicate with our French customers. This role primarily involves providing excellent customer service by responding to customer queries, tracking orders, and coordinating with suppliers.

Responsibilities:

> Respond to customer inquiries promptly and efficiently through our online chat interface.
> Follow up with suppliers to obtain order confirmations or tracking numbers.
> Associate tracking numbers received by email with customer orders accurately.
> Perform additional tasks as assigned following the first week of training.
> Use French language translation when communicating with French-speaking customers.

Requirements:

> Previous experience in a customer service department is essential.
> Familiarity with monitoring deliveries and coordinating with carriers is preferred.
> Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work autonomously are required.
> Highly organized with great attention to detail.
> Proficient in using online chat interfaces and email communication tools.
> Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and multitask effectively.
