**Job Description:**
We are seeking talented individuals to join our brand-new UK-based IT/AI Tech Agency as Website Developers and Go High-Level SEO Specialists. This is a ground-floor opportunity to become an integral part of our small initial team, with the potential for growth as we expand.

**Responsibilities:**
- Develop and manage brand-new websites using Go High-Level (GHL) and CSS
- Create, integrate, and manage all aspects of GHL/CSS websites, including services, automation, and funnels.
- Build and continually develop websites for both the agency and our clients, ensuring high quality and adherence to client specifications.
- Provide ongoing management and updates to websites, including GHL integration elements, blog pages, funnels, and social media integration.
- Utilise Go High-Level SAAS for website management, email campaigns, social media posting, and business automation.
- Lead the development and setup of GHL features for third-party organizations, providing total business automation solutions.

**Key Requirements:**

**GHL Website with CSS & GHL SAAS Managed Service Solution**
- Proficiency in Go High-Level Bespoke Website Design Experience is a must, NOT JUST GHL Templates
- Demonstrable experience in website development using GHL with CSS, with a portfolio showcasing work
- Strong understanding of GHL SAAS for business automation, email campaigns, and social media integration.
- Ability to create and manage total business automation solutions using Go High-Level.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines consistently.
- Prior experience with managing GHL sub-accounts and providing tech support to SMB businesses and entrepreneurs is a
plus.

**SEO Optimization:**
- Implement SEO best practices for all website builds and content creation.
- Utilize Google Analytics and Google Search Console to track website performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Conduct comprehensive keyword research to inform content strategy and on-page optimization.
- Implement on-site SEO techniques, including meta tag optimization, content structuring, and internal linking.
- Develop off-site SEO strategies, including backlinking and local SEO tactics.
- Monitor and analyze SERPs to track keyword rankings and competitor performance.
- Provide recommendations for improving website visibility and organic search traffic.
