A growing video marketing agency based in San Antonio, TX is looking to hire a full time Creative Project Manager to strengthen our team and provide world class service to our clients.

The perfect candidate for this job is detail-oriented and thrives at providing friendly and consistent communication to our clients and our internal team.

Your primary responsibility will be onboarding new projects, assigning videographers and editors, communicating progress and updates to our clients, and ensuring the projects match the quality and professionalism of our brand.

This is a client facing role, and you must be excellent at communicating clearly and professionally with our clients over email, video calls, and phone calls.

This is a 100% remote job, so reliable and fast internet is required. You should be able to work during normal business hours in the central time zone.

Prior experience working specifically with video creative projects is preferred, but not required. We are looking for someone with extensive project management experience.

The right candidate will get to join a growing team working with some very large clients in the US. We offer 100% remote work, paid days off, and more.

Job Requirements (non negotiables):

Native or fluent English Speaker
5+ years experience in creative project management
Expert communicator over phone, email, and video chat
A self-starter with a strong sense of urgency
Familiarity with Trello or similar project management tools
Proficient in gmail and other google tools
Full time contract 40 hours per week
Friendly, detail oriented, and a focus on client satisfaction
