Senior Art Director / Graphic Designer

We are an American-based design company specializing in corporate events called YKMD Visual Communications and we are looking for a Senior Art Director / Graphic Designer to join our fast-growing company.

Our ideal candidate is an organized, customer driven, solutions oriented, creative leader, open to criticism, and possesses an expert knowledge in art direction and design so that he/she can make ideas come to life and inspire a team to do the same.

As a Senior Art Director / Graphic Designer, you will with our Project Managers to create and implementing designs solutions for a variety of clients.

Projects may include:
Enriched Digital Ads
-Social Media Posts
- Motion Graphics
- Brand Identity & Guidelines
- Logos
- Web Design
- Email Design
- Annual Reports
- Flyers
- Everything in Between

Skills Wanted:
- Excellent English communication skills
- A minimum of 6 years relevant experience in the Event Industry
- Oversee the creative development of all internal and external projects, including print, digital, motion, web and interactive
- Generates creative ideas by concepting collateral development to fulfill all client needs
- Produces sketches, storyboards, moodboards, roughs, comps
- Supervises designers, illustrators, photographers, and production artists on all projects
- Not required, but graduate of any degree related to Industrial Design, Creative Multimedia, Graphic Design and Fine Arts is a plus
- Proficient in using InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects, Adobe XD, Premiere, Media Encoder and Adobe Creative Suite
- Word, PowerPoint

Working Conditions:
- Full time (30-40 hours a week) from home
- Works 9am-6pm Eastern Standard Time (Miami Time)
- Fast and efficient communication in English required
- Be resourceful, and ask for help when needed
- Ability to meet deadlines and juggle multiple projects (1-2 business days on most simple projects)

There will be a paid design test.
