Affiliate Manager (Remote)

We are a fast-growing eCommerce team passionate about scaling our brand and empowering creators. We're looking for a proactive and organized Affiliate Manager to lead our affiliate marketing efforts, focusing on TikTok Shop. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, excels in building relationships, and can manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities:

-Affiliate Outreach: Identify and connect with TikTok creators and affiliates that align with our brand's values. Persuade them to collaborate with us, promoting our products through engaging content.
-Affiliate Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for affiliates, addressing their needs, answering questions, and maintaining strong relationships.
-Tracking & Coordination: Monitor affiliate performance and KPIs, maintaining detailed records of outreach, communication, and campaign outcomes in Google Sheets or CRM tools.
-TikTok Affiliate Center Management: Regularly check and respond to messages in the TikTok Affiliate Center to maximize collaboration opportunities.
-Sample Distribution: Coordinate the sending of product samples to affiliates, ensuring timely delivery and clear instructions for promotion.
-Follow-Up & Reporting: Ensure consistent follow-ups with affiliates to drive results. Create weekly performance reports and insights for internal review.
-Social Media Management: Review and respond to relevant messages on social media platforms, supporting creator engagement and outreach.
-SOP Creation: Develop and refine Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to improve efficiency and scalability in affiliate management processes.

What We're Looking For:

-Fluency in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
-Proven experience in affiliate marketing, influencer outreach, or similar roles, preferably on TikTok or similar platforms.
-Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with attention to detail.
-Familiarity with tools like Google Sheets, Excel, and CRM platforms.
-Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently in a remote environment.
-Experience in creating SOPs and managing administrative tasks.
-Availability to work partially on Pacific Standard Time (PST) to align with team and creator schedules.

Bonus: Familiarity with the automotive industry or interest in the niche.
