We seek a diligent and committed podcast editor specializing in the podcast industry. You will be responsible for recording, editing, and publishing of podcasts. You will also condense episode content, create a cohesive narrative throughout an episode, improve audio quality, and occasionally create supplementary materials for the podcast. Responsibilities
- Record and edit audio files to produce podcast episodes of the highest caliber.
- Monitor and maintain the audio production's overall quality, which includes coherence, balance, and sound clarity.
- Edit the podcast's raw recordings by combining clips, adding background music for the intro and outro, adjusting audio, and applying processing effects.
- Mix audio from other files or the archive video with the primary podcast content to create a smooth stream.
- Examine audio recordings and assist in adding or removing content from each podcast edition.
- Ensure the audio quality does not compromise the content and that the podcast is polished before publishing.
- Diagnose technical audio problems periodically and provide solutions as needed.
- Participate in online meetings, interviews, recordings, and tapings.

Requirements:
- At least one (1) year of experience working on, editing, and recording a podcast.
- Knowledge with the use of digital audio workstation preferably Adobe Audition.
- Knowledge with the use of any podcast recording platforms, preferably Riverside.fm
- Knowledge in taking and editing raw .wav files, mp3 files, mp4 files, and other audio formats.
- Solid knowledge of the podcast industry.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey ideas and collaborate with tea ---------- mbers.
- Strong attention to detail, ensuring audio quality, consistency, and adherence to brand guidelines.
- Ability to meet deadlines, working efficiently and effectively to deliver podcast episodes on schedule.
