JOB OVERVIEW:
As a Full-Cycle Land Acquisition Specialist, you will oversee the entire process of acquiring and selling land. This includes working with leads, negotiating deals, managing due diligence, and executing sales strategies.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Lead Management: Take over pre-qualified leads from our telemarketing team and engage potential sellers.
- Negotiation: Handle negotiations with property owners to secure purchase agreements.
- Due Diligence: Coordinate property evaluations, land potential assessments, and ensure legal compliance.
- Sales Execution: Manage the sales process, ensuring that all administrative tasks are completed and the properties are sold profitably.
- Record Keeping: Utilize our CRM system to track and manage the full lifecycle of property acquisitions and sales.
- Problem Solving: Use independent judgment and resourcefulness to overcome obstacles and maximize profitability.

WHO YOU ARE:
- You have proven experience in real estate sales, particularly in land acquisition.
- You possess strong negotiation skills and have a deep understanding of the real estate market.
- You are proficient in using CRM software and managing project details.
- You can handle multiple projects independently and effectively.
