We are currently in search of a highly skills Customer Support Officer on behalf of our client. someone who exhibits a strong attention to detail, works efficiently, and communicates effectively. The role involves supporting our mission to deliver top-quality solar products and services via effective Customer service, Rapport building skills and sales capabilities contributing to our reputation as one of Australia’s most trusted solar providers.

Your Responsibilities:
- Manage inbound and outbound customer enquiries via
- Maintain upkeep of the customer service
- Work alongside the Director of Customer Success in implementing new strategies
- Develop, implement and oversee a strong referral campaign
- Handle customer complaints with professionalism and slight sales skills
Our Requirements:
- Excellent English proficiency both written and spoken.
- Very high computer literacy, experience with CRM & VoIP systems highly sought after.
- Experience and skills in customer service and/or sales roles.
- Ability to demonstrate consistently high work ethic in an autonomous and remote role.
- Fast home internet connection with a good quality USB headset microphone.
- Adaptable mindset, comfortable working in a dynamic team showing motivation to learn
new tools and processes quickly.
- Comfortability with handling difficult customers effectively.
Highly Sought After:
- Experience in the solar industry or in a previous customer service management role.
- Experience with Pipedrive CRM, Aircall VoIP phone, Google mail, Google maps and
Google sheets.
- High degree of problem solving skills, skilled in autonomously resolving challenges.
