Candidates must have:

OUTSTANDING written English skills, as almost all communication is via email.
STRONG English verbal communication skills as you will be interacting with clients
Proven track record in customer service, sales, or marketing
A college degree with good grades
An eagerness to learn and enthusiasm

Other information:

The starting pay is Php 300 per hour, paid monthly via PayPal. Salary for the current month is paid within the first three days of the following month.
Unpaid lunch break is from noon to 1 pm PACIFIC time.
There are no benefits such as vacation, holidays, paid sick leaves, etc.
