== THE POSITION ==

As the Virtual Assistant for our client in the cafe industry, you’ll play a key role in handling their accounting.

Your primary focus will be handling Accounts Payable tasks. This is your chance to be a key player in a dynamic team!

-> Requirements:
• Knowledge in Accounting/Accounts Payable/Chart of Accounts required.
• Quickbooks experience is a must.
• Must be knowledgeable with Microsoft 365.
• QuickBooks Certified ProAdvisor is preferred but not required.
• Experience in Upgrade to see actual info is preferred but not required.
• Available to work full-time (40 hrs/wk).
• Can work during standard US business hours.
• Fast, stable internet connection (Minimum download speed 5 Mbps)
• Working computer/laptop (Minimum Requirement: Processor - Intel i3 or equivalent, RAM - 4GB).
• Backup power source or work location for power outages.


-> Responsibilities:
Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Accurately coding and entering invoices into Upgrade to see actual info.
• Coding credit card transactions and entering in QuickBooks.
• Doing month-end reconciliation.
• Entering and applying credit memos to open invoices.
• Working closely with each location manager to ensure proper approvals and processes.
• Producing weekly Accounts Payable Aging report.
• Processing weekly payments via Upgrade to see actual info.
• Communicating with vendors to troubleshoot issues regarding shipments and deliveries.
