I'm looking to hire an experienced Webflow developer with at least 2 years of experience working with Webflow. You will be working as part of a team on a project-by-project basis.

It would be beneficial if you have demonstrable expertise with:

? Barba JS

? On Page SEO
? Bespoke Development

I'll make a judgment based on your portfolio and not what you say. We can get to know each other more if the quality of your work is adequate. I believe this gives everyone a fair chance since it's a level playing field.

The interview will comprise of a video call and a programming challenge of building a landing page. This will need to be done within a week to be considered since we aren't looking to work with anyone who doesn't have the required availability and initiative to become a part of our team.

The final wage will be determined based on your expertise and the amount of training required. We do operate with a developer focused system, deploying custom animations through the Finsweet Dev Starter so it's a bonus if you have development experience.
