Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and efficient Data Puller and Data Management VA with expertise in off-market real estate data. The primary responsibility of this role is to pull, sort, extract, and accurately log relevant information into our CRM system from various government records and lists related to preforeclosure, foreclosure, pre-probate, probate, death records, divorce cases, and eviction records. Responsibilities:
1. Pulling, sorting, and extracting relevant information from government records and lists related to off-market real estate properties.
2. Logging and updating extracted data accurately into our CRM system.
3. Conducting skip tracing to find information on potential sellers and decision-makers.

6. Managing and organizing data effectively for easy retrieval and analysis.

Requirements:
1. Proven experience in data pulling and management, preferably in the real estate industry.
2. Familiarity with government records and lists related to preforeclosure, foreclosure, pre-probate, probate, death records, divorce cases, and eviction records.
3. Proficiency in skip-tracing techniques to locate information on potential sellers and decision-makers.
4. Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and management.
5. Excellent organizational and time management skills.
6. Ability to work independently and efficiently with minimal supervision.
7. Proficient in using CRM software and other relevant tools for data management.
8. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
9. Willingness to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
10. Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.
