Virtual Assistant

We are seeking a Virtual Assistant for our brand HorrorNaments, Halloween Ornaments.

The ideal candidate will demonstrate the ability to take direction when given but also have the ability to use strategic thinking in building out successful campaigns for HorrorNaments.

Majority of the work will be in Shopify, Customer Service, creating Emails, Social Media Management (Facebook & Instagram).

Weekly tasks would include but are not limited to:
- Persuasive copywriting
- Creating graphics
- Segmenting audiences
- Analyzing email performance
- Creating a backlog of emails in Klaviyo
- Clear and polite conversations with our customers in customer service
- Someone who won't just "close out" customer service tickets to get rid of them but really engage with the customer to see how we can potentially keep an order and make them the happiest customer we can!
- Respond to Instagram & Facebook messages with friendly comments :)
- Making sure we have a month or so of posts generated and scheduled in Instagram & Facebook.!
