$6/HR starting pay
$6.25 after 90 days
$6.50 after 180 days
$6.75 after 270 days
$7/hr after 365 days

Inflation raises at end of every year.
13th month pay
10 sick leave days (paid)
10 holiday leave days (paid)

Monday-Friday 8am - 430 pm EST (graveyard shift)
