VA Finance Analyst / Bookkeeper

I am looking for a VA who is versatile and has years of experience handling financial transactions, AP & AR, a certified bookkeeper, and has deep knowledge in analyzing budgets and expenses and creating financial projections/forecasting for a small boutique company like us.

Qualifications:
1. Associate's degree or certificate in accounting, finance, or related field.
2. Proven experience in bookkeeping, accounting, or a similar role.
3. Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero) and Microsoft Excel.
4. Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.
5. Knowledge of accounting principles and practices, including GAAP.
6. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive financial information with integrity.
7. Certification such as Certified Bookkeeper (CB) or similar is a plus.
8. Knowledgeable in Financial Projections and Forecasting
9. US and AU Payroll
