Are you a marketing project manager with at least three years of experience?

We're seeking a dynamic Marketing Manager or Coordinator to lead our marketing team.

As the spearhead of our marketing department, you'll hiring, onboarding & oversee a talented team of specialists, including WordPress experts, SEO specialists, Google Ad & Meta specialists, designers, social media gurus, and freelancers when necessary.

Your primary responsibilities will include strategic planning, execution, team management, and ensuring that all marketing initiatives are executed flawlessly.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic marketing plans.
- Lead and manage a diverse team of marketing specialists and freelancers.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure marketing initiatives align with overall business objectives.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive marketing success.
- Monitor and optimize marketing campaigns for maximum effectiveness.
- Ensure all marketing activities are executed on time and within budget.

Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a marketing management
- Proven track record of successful marketing campaigns.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in WordPress, SEO, Google Ads, design principles, and social media management.
- Ability to think strategically and analytically.
- Experience in hiring and managing specialist teams.
- Results-driven mindset with a focus on achieving targets and KPIs.
- Comfortable with using time tracking (Hubstaff or Timeproof) with screen monitoring


Salary: Php 60,000/mo + commissions
Desired Hours: 40-45 hours per week
