Recruiter

We are looking for a full-time recruiter to join our healthcare company to help us interview clinicians.

Responsibilities:
1. Interviewing clinicians. Conduct first-round interviews with clinicians who apply to work at our company (you will be given training on what to do, say, and look for in candidates)
2. Call insurance companies about any issues with insurance credentialing and to get status updates
3. As needed, call patients to help them schedule appointments with our clinicians.
4. Make posts on job board websites such as Indeed
5. US hours: This role will be working in sync with US business hours to match when our clinicians, patients, and insurance partners are active (US Central Time, Monday through Friday).

Requirements:
1. Excellent command of the English language. Both spoken and written.
2. A suitable work-from-home space in the Philippines with fast, reliable internet.
3. Experience working Graveyard PH shifts (to match US Central Time).
4. Very good attention to detail and takes pride in doing excellent, high-quality work.
