Adams Agency is seeking an independent, experienced Virtual Marketing Assistant to support our marketing operations in a remote, part-time role. This position requires a self-starter with hands-on marketing experience who can manage multiple campaigns with minimal supervision.
Key Responsibilities
Direct Mail design and coordination
Social Media Management (posting, scheduling, engagement)
Content Creation (graphics, captions, short-form content)
Keyword Research for SEO and paid campaigns
Email
Paid Advertising support (Meta, Google – execution & tracking)
Lead Generation & tracking across multiple channels
Required Qualifications
Minimum 2 years of marketing experience in most of the areas listed above
Previous experience as a Virtual Marketing Assistant
Strong written and verbal English communication skills
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and deadline-driven
Ability to work independently in a remote environment
Compensation & Growth
Salary and weekly hours are firm
Part-time position with potential to move to full-time within 6 months based on performance
