Position Overview:
We seek a proactive and detail-oriented Accounting/Analyst professional to help facilitate client needs for contracted services and products provided. This position has a direct exposure to the company's President to assist with our growing client base.
Responsibilities:
Reconciliation of Accounts
Organization and Setup of Excel Workbooks
Analysis and organization of Data with base findings.
Bookkeeping and Accounting Work within and External to the Business.
Helping to Propose Journal Entries and Adjustments as Necessary to correspond with GAAP accounting standards.
Other Project and Analysis Work

Requirements:
Fluency in English, both written and verbal.
Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting with an Understanding of GAAP Accounting.
Intermediate to Advanced Excel Understanding and Fluency.
QuickBooks Experience.
Power BI Experience is a Plus but Not Required.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
Proficiency in using email and calendar management tools (e.g., Gmail, Google Calendar).
Working Hours:
This is a full-time position with 8-hour daily shifts. The schedule is negotiable and will align in some fashion with the Central Standard Time zone in the US.
