Overview:
We are seeking a talented and motivated video editor to join our growing personal brand and digital consultancy. This creative role involves producing engaging video content for various YouTube channels and social media platforms such as OMG It's Derek, Fathers for Fair Custody, and Wasteland Cactus Crew NFT, as well as for client brands through our Click Consultants agency. This position offers a fantastic opportunity to be a significant part of our brand's video presence and audience growth.

Key Responsibilities:
- Edit and produce video content optimized for platform-specific success, particularly YouTube.
- Collaborate with content creators and clients to align with the creative vision and objectives.
- Utilize advanced editing techniques including motion graphics, visual effects, and color correction.
- Ensure all videos meet technical standards and are delivered in the correct formats.
- Manage and optimize editing workflows to ensure timely delivery of content.
- Engage in continuous learning to enhance video quality and viewer engagement.

Requirements:
- Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar.
- Strong understanding of YouTube content creation and audience engagement strategies.
- Knowledge of videography principles including lighting, framing, and pacing.
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to work independently.
- Interest in themes like gaming, technology, fatherhood/family, and personal development.
- Experience with content creation for social media is a plus.
