Optimize customer experience and conversion rates
Handle inventory management and coordinate with suppliers
Work with the team to develop monthly collections
Source high-quality products from reputable suppliers
Negotiate contracts and manage inventory
Provide exceptional customer service, handling inquiries, resolving issues, processing returns and exchanges
Ensure customer satisfaction through personalized interactions

Requirements:

Proven experience in e-commerce management
