Sales Representative (full sales cycle) Job Description:

We are Leads Owl, a full Digital Marketing, Managed Sales Engagement & Staffing Agency.

We are a culturally diverse work environment with most of us working remotely. We are looking for someone with min 2 years of full sales cycle experience to become part of our team. We target AI, SaaS and Cyber Security companies but also have customers in various other industries.

Objectives of this role:
Hunt for new customers and close them for Leads Owl and our customers. Represent the company’s products and services, using research as well as deep and comprehensive knowledge of how our solutions meet the needs of customers and prospective customers.

Achieve weekly, monthly, and annual sales quotas by successfully implementing sales and marketing strategies and tactics.

Generate leads and build relationships by organizing daily work schedules to call on existing and potential customers.

Develop and implement business development and account action plans using our sales tools, and comprehensive data analysis, and adjust sales techniques according to interactions and results in the field.

Daily Responsibilities:

Lead role as Sales Rep to hunt for new business.
Meet daily business development KPI's using Leads Owl sales engagement systems and processes.

Establish and maintain working relationships with new prospects and clients to ensure that they receive exceptional service and to identify potential new sales opportunities.

Identify prospects, set appointments, make effective qualifying sales calls, and manage sales cycle to close new business in all service categories.

Possess in-depth product knowledge and be able to conduct demos and handle objections.

Prepare concise and accurate reports, proposals, booking packages, and other required documentation for executive-level presentations.

Achieve sales goals by assessing current client needs and following a defined selling process with potential buyers, often including product demos and presentations.

Coordinate with sales management to ensure that quotas are being met and company standards are being upheld.

Required skills and qualifications:

Two or more years of sales experience within a similar industry.

Excellent communication, interpersonal, problem-solving, presentation, and organizational skills.

Proficiency with sales management software and CRM.

Strong ability to balance persuasion with professionalism.

Preferred skills and qualifications.

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.

Proven success rate at levels above sales quota.

Manage customer virtual events.
