As a Sales Development Representative Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in expanding our business by identifying and reaching out to potential clients, establishing connections, closing deals, and supervising the team.


Key Responsibilities:

Prospecting:

· Conduct thorough research to identify potential clients within our target market.

· Utilize various channels, including phone calls and emails, to reach out to business owners and decision- makers.

· Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified leads.


Sales Outreach:

· Initiate and nurture relationships with prospective clients.

· Present our products/services in a compelling and articulate manner.

· Address client inquiries and provide relevant information to move them through the sales funnel.


Deal Closure:

· Work towards achieving and exceeding sales targets.

· Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a smooth transition of clients from prospect to customer.

· Negotiate and close deals, ensuring customer satisfaction.


Communication and Reporting:

· Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all interactions with clients.

· Provide regular reports on sales activities, challenges, and successes.


Team Leadership:

· Provide guidance and leadership to sales tea ---------- mbers in prospecting and sales outreach activities.

· Conduct regular tea ---------- etings to discuss strategies, share best practices, and address challenges.

· Foster a collaborative and supportive team environment to ensure the achievement of collective goals.


Performance Management:

· Monitor the performance of sales tea ---------- mbers, providing constructive feedback and coaching as needed.

· Set clear performance objectives and track progress against key performance indicators (KPIs).

· Identify training needs and facilitate ongoing skill development for tea ---------- mbers.


Quality Assurance:

· Review the work of sales tea ---------- mbers to ensure adherence to quality standards and sales processes.

· Conduct periodic audits of prospecting and sales activities to identify areas for improvement and optimization.

· Implement corrective actions and quality improvement initiatives as necessary.


Reporting and Accountability:

· Consolidate and analyze team performance data, providing regular reports to management on key metrics, achievements, and areas for improvement.

· Ensure accountability within the team by monitoring individual and collective performance against targets and objectives.

· Collaborate with management to develop strategies for enhancing team performance and driving results.


Qualifications:

· Proven leadership and supervisory experience.

· Proven experience focusing on prospecting and sales.

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

· Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools.

· Ability to work independently and remotely.

· Strong organizational and time management skills.
